Shipping & Returns
The Worthington Collection currently ships to the 50 United States. Please expect longer shipping and delivery times when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not ship to Puerto Rico.
Orders generally arrive in 2-5 business days. Please be advised that orders may be delayed during the holidays. If you need an order expedited, please email us and we will do our best to assist.
Due to COVID, orders may take 2-5 days to process. We apologize for this delay. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact email@example.com and provide your order number (located on your order confirmation email). All returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, as well as the original cost of shipping to you.
Please be advised that we cannot refund or replace lost, stolen or orders that go missing once they are delivered to the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier identified in your Order status email for lost or missing packages.
Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
